Gluschtn und Koschtn was a collaboration between Bon Bock and 39Null, and hosted by Infarm. It celebrated Südtirolian culture, cuisine and it's diaspora. Chefs Jakob Zeller and Buster Turner presented their cross cultural cusine finessed with urban farmed micro greens from Infarm.
